Over the past few years, sports and entertainment ticketing has jumped to digital, specifically mobile. To effectively meet these demands, I was tasked with creating a mobile-first microsite—assisting season ticket holders in renewing for the upcoming season and informing them on ticket delivery enhancements, seat relocation, policy changes, and more.
One challenge was presenting a large amount of pricing information and approximating that information with a stadium map—all within the confines of a mobile device. I used tabbing and zooming methods on the stadium map, allowing optimum visibility and detail.
The result was a massive uptick in season ticket renewal, with minimal impact on staff, saving time and money.
